This channel handles administrative matters: questions about your subscription and the no-credit-card trial, account access issues, data deletion requests (under Brazil's LGPD data protection law), partnership proposals, press inquiries, and content suggestions for the Vet Blog.

Questions about your pet's health are not answered by email. They should be asked in the VetVirtual chat, where the AI analyzes symptoms, photos, and your pet's history and provides immediate guidance, including the warning signs that indicate an emergency. Remember: this guidance is educational and does not replace an in-person veterinary visit, nor does it provide a diagnosis or prescription.
