VetVirtual is a Brazilian veterinary guidance platform that uses VetGPT®, our proprietary artificial intelligence model specialized in veterinary medicine. Responses are generated based on millions of bibliographic sources, veterinary scientific literature, clinical protocols, and current studies in animal health, curated exclusively for the platform.
The information provided by VetVirtual is exclusively informational and educational in nature. It does not, under any circumstances, replace consultation, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed veterinarian registered with the relevant regional veterinary council (CRMV in Brazil). Always consult a qualified professional for specific guidance on your animal's health.
VetVirtual disclaims any liability for actions or decisions made based on the information provided by the platform. Use of the guidance obtained through VetVirtual is entirely the user's responsibility. Under no circumstances will VetVirtual be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the information provided.
It is essential that users understand that, despite the accuracy and usefulness of the guidance provided, it does not replace an in-person evaluation by a veterinarian. For any symptom, clinical condition, or emergency (shortness of breath, seizures, bleeding, suspected poisoning, severe pain, trauma), immediate in-person veterinary care must be sought.
VetVirtual's responses are generated by VetGPT®, a proprietary technology trained on an extensive collection of bibliographic sources, scientific articles, clinical guidelines, and current studies in veterinary medicine. Although the model is continuously improved, its responses may have limitations and should not be interpreted as a definitive diagnosis. No medication prescription can be provided without an in-person evaluation by a veterinarian.
Conversations, photos, and pet data submitted to the platform are used only to generate the requested guidance and to improve the quality of the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, storage, and processing, in accordance with Brazil's LGPD (General Data Protection Law, Law No. 13,709/2018).
VetVirtual offers limited free access for trial purposes and paid plans (VetVirtual Pro) processed securely via Stripe, with credit card and Pix payment options (where applicable). Cancellations can be made at any time through the customer portal. Refunds follow applicable Brazilian law.
By using the VetVirtual platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use VetVirtual.
VetVirtual reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page, and it is the user's responsibility to review them periodically.
